He provided a price which i believed was a good price and provided me a date and time when he would have the spares and could complete the job. He replaced the parts and continued to make adjustments until he was satisfied and i was happy . Great job and i would use again if needed and would fully recommend.

I contacted Window Doctor, due to issues with a double glazed window which would not fully close. Wayne attended when he said he would, diagnosed the problem, gave me a provisional quote to complete the repair and a date to return. I also asked him to give me a price to put a letterbox in my front door. He gave a separate price for that piece of work. When he returned on the agreed date and time, Wayne and his colleague complete the work, swiftly, professionally and tidied up completely afterwards. The service I received was superb. I cannot praise Window Doctor highly enough, I wish every trades person had such a professional approach. I am so pleased I contacted Wayne and would highly recommend him. He sorted my lock problem out very quickly and gave me friendly advice on how to keep it in good working order.

I emailed Wayne with details of the problem during Storm Eunice as our conservatory roof was lifting up in 2 places.. I got a phone call within minutes from Wayne giving price and date when they were able to come, miraculously within 3 days of my call.. Cannot praise the company enough. Our conservatory roof sprung leeks in two places. They came round gave us a quote and a date for repair.

Wayne and his guys fitted new French doors for us, replaced all old window handles with new ones and replaced fogged up glass with new. Wow what a difference its made to an old house, the French doors look amazing. Even having new handles installed on old windows makes a huge difference too.
